A fledgling marketing agency secured a huge new business win that had the potential to transform the company, but only if they could fulfil the work…
After signing the contract with the new client, they needed to scale up their team in the Oxfordshire, quickly.
Being an SME that no one had heard of in the middle of nowhere made hiring hybrid employees with the right experience HARD.
On top of those challenges, cash-flow was an issue and the conventional fee structure offered by recruitment consultants would have meant going well into the business overdraft or taking a loan.
