The Role
 
The agency is continuing to expand and they're on the hunt for another experienced Digital Marketing strategist to join them. The successful candidate will help lead strategy, client relations and campaign management for some excellent consumer brands and It's a role that would suit a creative digital marketer who loves working closely with clients long term and thinking outside the box when needed. Responsibilities will include:
 
  • Setting KPIs, tracking performance, and providing insights
  • Working closely with clients to Implement digital strategies focused on ROI and performance improvement.
  • Acting as the strategic lead for key clients.
  • Supporting pitches with tailored strategies for prospective clients.

    Who are you?

    Ideally you are a motivated, upbeat individual with proven experience in recruitment, you'll need to be based within an hour of Thame with access to a car.

    What's the role?

    We're looking for "360" recruiter, ideally with 3 + years' experience in sales and/or marketing

    You'll be given complete autonomy over what clients you want to work with, the fees you charge and the way in which you'd like to work.

    This is NOT a corporate environment.
