We're working with a London based marketing & events agency who supply brand ambassadors to help promote and endorse their client's products and services. They help clients in a range of sectors from tech, to retail and charity.
 
What's the job?
Well, you'll be in charge of the recruitment and training of promotional staff, alongside helping with the various campaigns and live events that they help run across the country.
 
You'll:

  • Own and manage the staffing database
  • Lead and initiate campaign briefs with field staff
  • Help the design and production teams understand staffing requirements for each project
  • Monitor budgets
  • Attend internal agency meetings and contribute to future strategy
  • Attend and run onsite activations
  • Manage external suppliers
  • Help mentor junior members of the team

 
For which you'll need:

  • staffing/retail experience
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to think creatively
  • Natural ability to build and maintain relationships
  • An unflappable, upbeat personality

    The Role
     
    Reporting into the head of marketing, this role will see the successful candidate managing Social Media Marketing and content campaigns for the business. The role comes with plenty of support but also offers a good level of autonomy to present new ideas/strategy. The Ideal candidate will be a strong writer with some SEO expertise who's capable of managing B2B social campaigns on major channels. Experience in the technology sector is highly advantageous and responsibilities will include:
     
    • Crafting quality short and long form written content for use on multiple channels (Social, Web and Print)
    • Plan and maintain content calendar
    • Support on strategic approach to campaigns with wider team
    • Help produce multimedia content and presentations
    • Monitor and improve ongoing campaigns
