They now have need of an experienced comms professional to join them for a 12 month period to cover the team and ensure quality and regularity of content continues....
 
The Role
 
Working closely with the engagement director, this is a role that offers a great amount of autonomy while also offering strong support for the successful candidate. The role is highly varied, covering strategy, writing, working with varied teams and helping to streamline and evolve processes and approaches. It would suit either an expereince manager or an executive looking to step up and progress. The ideal candidate will:
 
  • Have previous expereince in an internal communications role (Agency, Private, Public or Third sector expereince is valued)
  • Be a very strong writer and proof reader capable of creating some content and editing/checking the majority produced by wider teams
  • Confident acting as a comms advisor to wider teams, suggesting best practises or using feedback to suggest improvements to processes
  • Have some expereince creating or editing visual assets

    • Delivery of projects on time and on budget

    • Effective recommendations against client brief

    • Ability to review design and artwork against client briefs
    • Knowledge of client brand and corporate identity
    • Clear, concise, inspiring, thorough, relevant briefs - creative/media/integrated planning brief
    • Understanding of the marketing mix - print, digital, online, outdoor, DM, events, radio, TV, cinema, CRM, sponsorship, loyalty and incentives etc
    • Leading client meetings
    • Networking at manager level
    • Analysing the data from key reports to make recommendations
    • Ability to present media/creative to clients in absence of Creative or Media Director
     
    The ideal will candidate will:
    • Have some previous agency experience
    • Be able to show initiative
    • Have an interest in advertising and the creative industries
    • Enjoy meeting new people and building relationships

    We’re currently looking for a Senior Research Executive OR a Research Executive looking to step up to join our client’s Automotive Insight team. You don’t have to have come from an auto background but an interest in the sector is a massive plus.
     
    The agency is nearing the 40 headcount and works for some of the country’s foremost and most exciting brands to provide engaging and actionable insights to their clients. The working environment is superb, and they have a very active social side with vibrant and open-plan offices. Staff turnover is low, due to the work-life balance that they provide in an exciting environment with global clients.
     
    What do they do?
    They are an independent market research agency that delivers engaging & actionable insight across several sectors such as Automotive, Retail, FMCG, Tech and Pharma. They punch well above their weight as a boutique agency whilst delivering bespoke research across their individual & diverse projects in both ad hoc research (80%) and trackers (20%).
     
    What would they like from you?
     
    • You’re a Senior Research Executive OR Research Executive who wants the challenge of growing their career
    • Strong organisational and research project management skills
    • Confident at, or starting to gain confidence in, presenting to different audiences.
    • Ability to recognise themes and insights
    • At least a year’s Quant research experience
    • Great proposal and report writing skills
    • Foreign languages are a definite plus (not essential)
