Our client is a London-based leading market research (MR) agency with a diverse range of clients spanning electronics, airlines, food, drinks, and sports among others. Over the past few years, they have gone from strength to strength, expanded their team, and secured multi-year deals with prominent global brands.
 
Specialising in brand tracking, survey research, product innovation, and campaign evaluation, they are now seeking a Quantitative Insight Director to join their team. This role is open to individuals at the Associate Director level looking to advance or those with several years of experience at the Director level.
 
Role Overview: As an Insight Director, you will be hands-on and responsible for leading your team, overseeing, and managing research projects from inception to completion. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to lead client meetings/presentations and cultivate accounts.
 
What They Would Like From You:
 
  • Recent experience in a similar role, either as an Associate or Research Director
  • Strong quantitative background and knowledge of research methodologies, trackers, statistical analysis, and data interpretation
  • Demonstrated ability to lead client meetings and presentations
  • Proficient in project management with hands-on experience
  • Experience in leading and developing large accounts
  • Leadership and line management experience
