Search Marketing Specialist
Digital Agency - Oxfordshire - Very Flexible Working offered.
We're recruiting for a digital marketing agency specialising in SEO, Web Development, Paid Media, Content Marketing, Campaign Marketing and Digital Strategy.
They're growing quickly with clients based both in the UK and US. As a result, they're looking for an exceptional Paid Media Specialist to join the team working either onsite, or hybrid (2-3 days in the office)
JOB SUMMARY
You’ll have expertise in creating and taking ownership of paid media strategies and executing campaigns that deliver on those strategies. Your experience will span across Paid Search and Paid Social (predominantly Google, Bing, LinkedIn, and Meta). Additional channel experience is desirable but not essential (e.g. Reddit, YouTube). We’re looking for someone that can handle both the strategic and execution of paid activity. Familiarity with optimising campaign performance towards revenue objectives such as leads, SQL’s, opportunities, pipeline, and revenue is essential.
You'll need...
- Minimum 3 years' experience managing paid media strategy and campaigns for B2B businesses in an agency setting.
- Proven expertise in Paid Search (Google, Bing) and Paid Social (LinkedIn, Meta).
- Proficiency in relevant tools and platforms (e.g, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform campaign optimisation.
- The ability to write ad copy, propose and feedback on creative for use in paid media activity, and contribute towards developing landing pages, for example.
- Relationship building skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Ability to identify problems and produce solutions.
