Following a recent new business win, they're now looking for an experienced AM or Senior AM to join them on a permanent basis.
As an Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving client success and spearheading impactful b2b (fleet) campaigns that help shape the future of automotive marketing. You'll work in a rapidly expanding team on household brand names.

Ideally you are a motivated, upbeat individual with proven experience in recruitment, you'll need to be based within an hour of Thame with access to a car.

We're looking for "360" recruiter, ideally with 3 + years' experience in sales and/or marketing
You'll be given complete autonomy over what clients you want to work with, the fees you charge and the way in which you'd like to work.

The Role
This is pivotal role for the agency that will see the successful candidate tasked with delivering and managing partnerships campaigns on behalf of a Major Entertainment clients. You’ll work closely with clients on new releases and global launches in a mixed role between creative ideas and pitching to potential partners.
