Business Development Manager Hybrid - Commutable to Leeds 2 days a week £100k OTE
Our client is a strategic comms agency, and their purpose is to make a positive difference to their clients. They work with their customers on various projects ranging from digital transformation engagements to behavioural insights, to content design and physical communications. They work across multiple industries & sectors on some fascinating projects.

The Role: This role offers the opportunity to manage larger, more complex deals and take greater control over your career trajectory. Although new business is at the forefront of this role the ability to have a consultative approach is just as important, not just with clients but across teams and the agency.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive new business in target markets, ensuring a strong sales pipeline.
Develop and deliver winning propositions and solutions that exceed client expectations.
Create compelling content for proposals, presentations, and pitches.
Take ownership of commercial targets, demonstrating accountability and best practices.
About You:
Proven experience in a new business development role, with at least 5 years in sales (3 in a closing role).
Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Experience managing and winning six-figure deals with large enterprises.
Ability to hit the ground running
Skilled in building relationships at the C-suite level.
Desirable Skills:
Experience with cloud, data, security, content management, or automation solutions.
Familiarity with regulated markets and collaboration with technology partners.
Strong communication, organizational, and consultative sales skills
Ideally Hubspot but CRM knowledge

Account Executive/Senior AE - Working for one of Campaign's "Best Agencies to work for" Hertfordshire (3 days in the office) £25,000 - £32,000 dependent on experience
The company: We are recruiting for a creative advertising agency based in an easily accessible Hertfordshire location. They have been running for over 20 years and specialise in producing award winning campaigns for a range of clients in education, automotive, financial services, technology and charity. The team is made up of 40 talented, outgoing people many of whom have been there for over five years due to the positive working environment. The business is well known for its dedication to staff development and no agency invests more in training their people (CPD).
The Opportunity: This role will support a Senior Account Manager on one of the agency’s largest accounts. It will be a diverse, challenging role involving most areas of the on and offline marketing mix including, creative, content, media and CRM.
The main responsibilities will be:
Delivery of projects on time and on budget
Excellent administration skills
Effective recommendations against client brief
Managing internal and external stakeholders and suppliers
Excellent client communications
Ability to review design and artwork against client briefs
Understanding of the marketing mix - print, digital, online, outdoor, DM, events, radio, TV, cinema, CRM, sponsorship, loyalty and incentives etc
Leading client meetings
Networking at manager level
Analysing the data from key reports to make recommendations
Ability to present media/creative to clients in absence of Creative or Media Director
The ideal will candidate will:
Have some previous agency experience
Be able to show initiative
Have an interest in advertising and the creative industries
Enjoy meeting new people and building relationships
