There's a 12-month FTC up for grabs for a logical and methodical Studio Manager, who still has the desire/capability to be on the tools for 20% of their time doing basic amends.
The agency has a genuinely healthy work-life balance in terms of hours, but also only being permitted to be in the office 1 day a week.
You'd be tasked with managing the quality of work coming through the studio ensuring that work is being completed efficiently and effectively, and combining with their Traffic Manager to ensure resourcing is kept on top of.
