Overview

This fast-growing AI software company is looking to hire an Account Executive to help drive new business growth across the UK estate agency market.

Requirements

Following significant investment and strong commercial momentum, the business is expanding its sales team as it prepares for its next phase of growth. This is an opportunity to join an ambitious startup, work closely with the founders, and play a key role in scaling the commercial function.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
  • Build and develop a pipeline of SME estate agency customers
  • Deliver product demonstrations and commercial presentations
  • Negotiate and close new business opportunities
  • Work closely with the founders to refine the sales process and GTM strategy

Ideal Background

  • Proven success in a B2B SaaS Account Executive role
  • Strong new business and prospecting skills
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle
  • Comfortable working within a startup or scale-up environment
  • Confident selling to multiple stakeholders
  • Experience selling into PropTech, Estate Agency or SMB markets would be advantageous

Package

  • £45,000-£55,000 base salary
  • Uncapped commission (Double OTE)
  • Hybrid working in Central London (4 days in the office)
  • Opportunity to join during a key growth phase
  • Clear progression as the commercial team expands
