How we work with you

Consultation

For us to represent your business properly, we need to understand your specific hiring needs and company culture. We meet all clients either online or (where possible) in person. It's important that both sides understand the process.

Candidate Search

Your dedicated consultant advertises the role(s) on LinkedIn and any other sector specific job boards eg Campaign, Marketing Week etc. A comprehensive search is conducted to identify and engage with relevant candidates.

Screening

We perform rigorous screening against agreed criteria to ensure candidates meet your technical and cultural requirements. Our consultants are representatives of your business and we take that responsibility seriously.  We quickly become brand advocates to tell your company's story just as you would.

Placement

We carefully manage the offer to give you every possible chance of securing the chosen candidate. Once the offer is accepted we keep in regular contact with the candidate during their probation to ensure a smooth transition and onboarding process. In 2025 our offer to acceptance ratio was over 90%
