AI Video & Automation Lead

‍Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of AI video and avatar content (e.g., Synthesia, HeyGen, D-ID) for marketing, customer engagement, and internal communications.
• Own end-to-end video production (studio setup, filming, editing) while ensuring content is scalable and commercially impactful.
• Design and implement automated customer journeys using CRM, email, and SMS to enhance engagement and conversions.
• Apply AI and prompt engineering (LLMs such as GPT, Claude) to enhance content creation, workflows, and operational efficiencies.
• Integrate data and platforms to deliver personalized, scalable marketing communications.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies that elevate both content and commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI video/avatar platforms used in professional settings (Synthesia, HeyGen, D-ID).
• Strong video production and editing skills, paired with experience implementing AI into marketing workflows.
• Proven background in designing automated customer journeys (CRM, email, SMS).
• Experience blending AI content creation with commercial thinking and revenue-focused automation.
