Overview

This high growth AI software company is looking for a Business Development Representative to join its expanding commercial team.

Requirements

The business is scaling rapidly and is looking for an ambitious salesperson to generate new business opportunities across the UK estate agency market. This is an excellent opportunity to join an early stage team with a clear pathway into an Account Executive role.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting
  • Identify and engage decision makers across target accounts
  • Qualify opportunities and book meetings for the sales team
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
  • Work closely with Account Executives and founders to maximise conversions

Ideal Background

  • Previous experience in a BDR, SDR or similar sales role
  • Confident prospecting through phone, email and LinkedIn
  • Highly motivated with a strong desire to build a career in SaaS sales
  • Comfortable working towards activity and pipeline targets
  • Thrives within a fast paced startup environment

Package

  • £35,000-£40,000 base salary
  • Uncapped commission (OTE circa 50% base)
  • Hybrid working in Central London (4 days in the office)
  • Clear progression into an Account Executive position
