Requirements

We're recruiting for a Retail Media Sales Manager to help grow an innovative Digital Out-of-Home advertising network that reaches millions of consumers every month.

You'll be responsible for developing relationships with media agencies, retail media teams and leading consumer brands, helping them incorporate this unique advertising solution into broader omnichannel campaigns.

The Role

You'll be responsible for:

  • Winning new business from agencies, brands and retail media teams
  • Growing existing client relationships and identifying new commercial opportunities
  • Positioning a premium DOOH network within wider retail media and shopper marketing strategies
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and close
  • Working closely with campaign delivery teams to ensure successful activation
  • Developing partnerships that help grow both revenue and advertising inventory
  • Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and revenue forecast
  • Representing the business at industry events and client meetings.

About You

You'll likely have experience in one or more of the following:

  • Retail Media
  • Digital advertising
  • Media sales
  • Programmatic advertising
  • DOOH / OOH
  • Shopper marketing
  • Agency sales

You'll also have:

  • A minimum of 2+ years' commercial sales experience
  • Experience selling advertising, media or marketing solutions
  • Strong relationships within agencies, brands or retail media
  • A consultative approach to selling
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • The motivation to exceed revenue targets and build lasting client partnerships.
