Our Solution

After a briefing call with the directors, it was obvious that our “Pay as you grow” fee structure would help their business grow in an affordable, responsible manner.  

• We agreed to invoice monthly for each new hire, Interest free for 12 months
• We met in person to fully understand the brief and gain a greater understanding of the business culture.
• We mapped out the commutable area and carefully identified the talent required, before skilfully pitching the individual roles and introducing our referral programme to everyone we interviewed.

The Result

So far we have introduced a new Operations Director, SEO Manager and Paid Media Manager. Perhaps more importantly though, we have enabled the client to hire with confidence, safe in the knowledge that if anything goes wrong with their new employees they will only pay for the time they have worked for them.
